Extended Care Forms

Online registration for Preschool and Elementary extended care is now live.  Click below for details and to register for extended care for your student this year.

Pre-School/Pre-K Extended Care Details

Grade:

Pre-School through Pre-Kindergarten. Extended Supervision does include some activity and/or homework supervision.

 

Time:

Extended Supervision is available after school (PM) from school dismissal to 4:30pm.

 

On half days, extended supervision ends at 4:00 pm. On the last day of school and on staff chapel days, there will be no extended supervision. 

 

Where:

Held in Pre-School and/or Pre-K classrooms, and may change from week to week.

 

Cost:

After School Session: $7.75/hour (minimum one hour)

K-5th Extended Care Details

Grade:

Kindergarten through and including 5^th grade. Students participating must be enrolled in K-5^th grade for the current school year. Extended Supervision does include some activity and/or homework supervision.

 

Time:

Extended Supervision is available before school (AM) from 7:15am to 7:45am and after school (PM) from school dismissal to 6:00pm.

 

On half days, extended supervision ends at 4:00 pm. On the last day of school and on staff chapel days, there will be no extended supervision.

 

Where:

Elementary Campus in the Cafeteria.

 

Cost:

Before School 7:15 to 7:45am:  $5.25 Flat Fee

After School:  $5.25/hour
