Elementary Athletics Offerings

Hope offers a full Sports program - including Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Cross-Country and Track through APIAL and Softball & Baseball in partnership with Altamont Little League.
 
We also offer Cheer & Drill to our elementary girls, and Football through YAFL is offered to boys starting in 5th Grade. 

  • There is a cost for each athlete per sport.
  • A sports physical is required for all participation.  
  • 1st - 4th grade sports are co-ed
  • 1st & 2nd grade are Rookies; 3rd & 4th grade are Juniors, and 5th grade competes in 5th & 6th grade division of middle school sports.
  • Baseball & Softball teams at the elementary level are through Altamont Little League. All HOPE students, regardless of home address, are allowed to play at Altamont.
  • Hope students from PK - 3rd grade (ages 4-8) can request to be placed with other Hope students in the same grade or age group.
  • 4-5th grade students will go into a draft for coaches to select.

  •  Cross Country  (Co-Ed)  6 Meets on Thursdays starting 9/7/23 -10/12/23

  •  Volleyball (Co-Ed Grades 3-4 only) Season starts 9/10/23  - 10/28/23

  •  1-4th Grade Golf Clinics 5 Clinics on Saturdays starting 9/16/23 - 10/14/23

  •  Cross Country (Co-Ed)    6 Meets on Thursdays starting 9/7/23 -10/12/23

  •  Girls Volleyball - Preseason starts 8/28/23.  Tournament 10/30/23  - 11/11/23

  •  Flag Football - Season Starts 9/4/23. Tournaments runs 10/30/23 -  11/11/23

  •  Golf (Co-Ed)   5 Tournaments on Saturdays starting 9/16/23 - 10/14/23
